Moderately Interesting Content (or Blog The Second)
So Perth's Fringe World Festival was pretty rad. One of my shows this year was called Dirty Blues: The Sinning Edition and we took out the Music Award, which was a fun time for all.
We're going to be doing a longer version of the show at The Ellington on June 17 and 18th as late night sets, so if you missed it you can see an *even better* and *slightly longer* version then!
Also, if you're interested in blues music and the juicy nexus between the music and dancing (yes, I used the phrase Juicy Nexus, I've been saving it for an album title, but I just couldn't hold off that long), I'll be teaching some solo blues dance classes on May 11th in Maylands through Coco Cabana Dance! Stay tuned for ticket links and such.
In the meantime, if live gigs or juicy nexus (apparently nexus is both plural and singular, who knew?) aren't your thing, but jamming out on the internet is, here's a cheeky video our friend Greg Bruyer filmed for us (image by the amazing Jason Matz Photography).
